    This is a browser-based interpretation service that requires no installation and allows you to connect to an interpreter operator with one touch when you need help.

    Business hours are from 6:00 to 23:00.

    Available in three languages (English, Korean, and Chinese).
  • What kind of person is an interpreter operator?
    Your enquiry will be handled by operators who work from home and have experience living overseas or working as interpreters or translators.
  • I haven't received the code in my email
    It may have been sorted into your "spam" folder. Please check your spam folder. If you have not received the email, please enter your email address and phone number on this page and follow the resend procedure.
  • I bought a ticket but no longer need it, so I'd like a refund.
    Please note that we do not offer refunds for codes once they have been purchased.
  • I want to know the types of payment methods
    Payment can be made by credit card or Amazon Pay.
  • I can't make a purchase because the message "Could not be issued" appears.
    We apologize for the inconvenience, but please check your input and try again.
  • I get the message "A free ticket has already been issued to this email address" and I can't issue a free ticket.
    If you have already received a free ticket, it cannot be reissued. Please purchase a ticket before using the service.
  • What happens when it expires?
    Once the ticket has expired, it can no longer be used, even if there is time remaining on the ticket.
  • What happens if I run out of time while using an interpreter?
    If the remaining time runs out during interpretation, it will be extended for up to 2 minutes and then automatically terminated. If you plan to use the facility for a longer period, please purchase a ticket for a longer period in advance.
  • I want to purchase additional time for a ticket I'm currently using.
    Time cannot be added to a ticket after it has been purchased. Please note.
